My journey with Reiki began after I experienced a debilitating stroke at age 53. The recovery was long and often frustrating, leaving me searching for a more holistic path to healing. Reiki answered that call and transformed my life in ways I could never have imagined.
As I grew stronger, I felt a deep desire to share this gentle, loving practice with others. For almost 15 years, I’ve had the honor of teaching Reiki to students of all backgrounds. Along the way, I wrote a book about my healing journey, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Metaphysics, and discovered what I truly believe to be my life purpose: to help others connect with Reiki for healing, growth, empowerment, guidance, and joy.
To deepen my teaching, I became a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher (LRMT) with the International Center for Reiki Training.
